Carrot milk
Ingredients:
1 Glass milk
1 Carrot chopped or grated
Sugar
Cardamom
Preparation:
Grind the chopped carrot, add cardamom, use milk or water and smooth paste.
Heat the milk, add the carrot paste, sugar to taste and heat about 5 minutes.
