Carrot milk

Ingredients:
  • 1 Glass milk
  • 1 Carrot chopped or grated
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
Preparation:
  • Grind the chopped   carrot, add cardamom,   use  milk  or water  and smooth  paste.
  • Heat   the  milk,  add  the  carrot paste, sugar to taste and heat about 5 minutes.
