- 1cup split black gram(uddina bele)
- 4tsp semolina (Rava ) roasted
- Ginger chopped
- 3tsp of dry coconut chopped
- Curry leaves chopped
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Peppercorn 5-6
Preparation:
- Soak split black gram in water over night.
- Wash soaked split black gram and grind it.(without adding too much of water)
- Add semolina, ginger, coconut, curry leaves,peppercorn, salt and coriander leaves to the ground mixture.
- Heat oil,Soak hands with little water, take a small ball of the batter and give it a round shape.
- Make a hole in the center.
- Deep fry it.
