Ingredients:
- Ginger 1 inch
 - Coconut 1cupgrated
 - Green chilli 1-2
 - Salt
 - Tempering(optional): Oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds,Urid dal, chana dal
 
Preparation:
- Take all the ingredients and grind it into a smooth paste.
 - Temper the ground paste(optional)
 - It tasty chutney to have with uddina vada.
