Ginger chutney

  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Coconut 1cupgrated
  • Green chilli 1-2
  • Salt
  • Tempering(optional): Oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds,Urid dal, chana dal 
  • Take all the ingredients and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Temper the ground paste(optional)
  • It tasty chutney to have with  uddina vada.
