palak pakoda/spinach fritters

  •         Palak 1cut chopped
  •         Onion 1 chopped
  •         Red chilli powder 1tsp
  •         Masala powder 1tsp
  •         Cumin seeds
  •         Salt
  •         Gram flour 4-6tsp
  •         Rice flour 1tsp
  •         Oil for deep frying
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Take a bowl add palak, onion, red chilli powder, masala powder, cumin seeds, gram flour, rice flour, salt, add  1spoon of heat oil and knead it well.
  • Take little bit of dough and deep fry pakodas.
  • Serve hot pakodas with ketchup or any other chutneys.
