I think I have been telling on my blog things like "add curry powder", "add vangibath powder" etc without really saying how to make them. So thought I will share how to preprare these ingredients. Ok, let me start with this post.
Ingredients:
- Red chillies 12
- Lavanga 10
- Urid dal 4tsp
- Chenna dal 4tsp (optional)
- Methi seeds 1/2tsp
- Coriander seeds 4tsp
- Pepper 8
- Cumin seeds 4tsp
- Roast all the ingredients separately.
- Grind all the roasted ingredients into coarse powder.
- Store in a airtight container
- When stored in a dry place it will stay good for about 6 months.
