Ingredients:
- Plantain stem 1cup chopped
- Grated coconut 1cup
- Green chilli 3-4
- Mustard seeds 1tsp
- For tempering:
- Oil 1tsp
- Red chilli 1
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric
- Mustard seeds
Preparation:
- Mix plantain stem, grated coconut, green chillies, mustard seeds and grind them into smooth paste.
- Then temper with curry leaves, red chilli,turmeric powder and musturd seeds.
- Thats it, quite simple, right? Have it with rice.
