Ingredients:
- Rice 1cup
- Pressed rice ½ cup
- Red chilli 3-4
- Coriander seeds 1-2tsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Curry leaves
- Onion 2 chopped
- Green chillies 2 chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation:
- Soak rice in water about 4-5 hours.
- Soak pressed rice in water for 5 minutes.
- Wash soaked ingredients and grind it with red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add salt, coriander leaves, green chillies and onion to the ground mixture.
- Heat the tava. Apply oil,take a spoon full of batter and thickly spread it on the hot tava.
- Cover it with lid and cook both sides for a minute each in a medium flame.
- Serve this crepes with coconut-jaggery mixture.
