Fenugreek seeds salad


This belief in foods having inherent "hot" or "cold" properties is prevalent
throughout India and China. Well, I am also a firm believer of this theory.
When your body heat-cold balance is upset and you are feeling excess
heat, Methi (Fenugreek) is the best home remedy. You can have the
sprouted fenugreek seeds with the salad. Here is the quick hands on this salad.

Ingredients:
  • Fenugreek seeds 2-3 tsps
  • Carrot 1cup grated
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice 3-4tsp
Preparation:
  •  Soak 2-3tsps of fenugreek seeds over night.
  • Wash the soaked fenugreek seeds and tightly bind it in a cotton towel.
  • It takes 4-5hours to sprout.
  • Now take a bowl, add all the ingredients.Mix it well.
  • Have this with curd rice.
