- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Salt
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan, add potato slices, garlic cloves pinch of salt and red chilli powder.
- Fry it for 5mins. Thats it, Quick potato garlic fry is ready. Have it as a starter or a sides for your lunch/dinner.
