Sesame seeds milkshake
Ingredients:
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Milk 1 glass
Method:
- Soak sesame for about 2 hours.
- Grind soaked sesame into a smooth paste.
- Add sesame paste,milk and jaggery to the serving glass.
- Stir it well.
- Use ice cubes if hot summer !!
